About the project

The brief

During the Spring of 2015, we were approached by Modena, a start-up business, looking for an agency with both creative and technical skills to help get their new online business off the ground.

How we helped

We were very keen to ensure this new business venture started life on the right footing and in order to make informed decisions throughout the project we began by conducting market research, competitor benchmarking and keywords analysis, all of which helped shape the marketing strategy and website content.

Creative work involved the development of a brand identity, quickly followed by stationary design and a leaflet. Website development included WorldPay payment gateway integration using Opencart as our eCommere platform of choice. Additional features were added to improve product search, social media sharing and content marketing.

Following launch, an Adwords campaign immediately helped drive traffic to the website and sales quickly followed. Ongoing management and optimisation of the Adwords campaign resulted in Google Shopping and Remarketing being later introduced.
